If you’re headed to South Beach and you’re looking for a great place to stay, look no further than the Marriot Stanton South Beach. It’s in the the perfect location: close enough to the action, without being on top of the craziness that sometimes ensues on Ocean Drive in Miami.

When we checked into the modern, beach getaway,, I was immediately blown away by the interior. I love gallery walls and the Stanton South Beach has one of the best ones that I’ve ever seen, behind reception. It was colorful, featured photographs, and 3D objects like starfish and seashells.
The hotel recently underwent renovations, and the result is remarkable. The rooms are the perfect balance between nostalgia and modernity. With muted grey walls, bright white bedding, and vintage photographs on the walls. Because of this, you’ll immediately feel comfortable in your new home for the weekend.
But, my favorite part of the room (besides the comfy bed), was the large shower with a waterfall shower head. It helped me relax after a long day of exploring. Most rooms are even equipped with balconies, where you can have the opportunity to enjoy a city view or beach view.
If you’re looking for a place to work out or visit a spa, you’re in luck. The Stanton South Beach has a spa and a fitness center. You can get massages and facials on site. The beachfront hotel also has an infinity pool, loungers, and a cool outdoor space where you can grab drinks or food.

Each day we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast filled with bacon, bagels, fresh fruit, and juices at the Deco Blue Restaurant and Bar. Made to order eggs, any style, are included in the breakfast buffet. I have to recommend the Eggs Benedict because the yolk was perfectly runny. You can also grab a drink at The Spot. Order sandwiches, salads, drinks, and light snacks from the poolside snack bar.
#OceanFront at Stanton South Beach
The best part about the Stanton South Beach is that it’s a beachfront property. And that means that you can feel your toes in the sand in less than five minutes. You have access to chairs where you can enjoy the views of the Atlantic. Wander up and down the beach if you’re interested in exploring. You’ll most likely come across a lot of colorful lifeguard stands that call Miami Beach home.
Because it rained during our visit, we didn’t get to take full advantage of the beach and pool area. While it would have been nice to experience that portion of the hotel, the weather wasn’t cooperating during our visit. But, we did however walk down to the beach when the rain finally stopped and saw that it’s a really nice setup for soaking up the sun and relaxing. The Stanton South Beach is a great destination for your next Miami vacation.
