After spending several nights on the road, I was so excited to be checking into an adorable boutique hotel bordering Beverly Hills. The Carlyle Inn is a breath of fresh air when it comes to hotels in LA. It’s a smaller property (with only 32 rooms) and is the perfect oasis from the traffic ridden streets of LA.
Checking In: The Carlyle Inn
While the affordable hotel is close by to Beverly Hills, the famous Rodeo Drive, LACMA, and several beautiful murals, it’s still secluded. It acts as a great escape when you need a break from the city because of the layout. Complete with an adorable black and white courtyard, you can lay down on a day bed or lounge chair and relax.
Finally, enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, a daily happy hour, and delicious cookies daily.
The Hotel
I was in love with the mod decor of The Carlyle Inn. The hotel, which has a ton of character, uses pops of colors to really draw you in. Perhaps my favorite part was the optical illusion created by the umbrellas in the courtyard. And if that doesn’t do it for you, the quirky lobby will. The plush couches and fun art instillations make you feel great about checking into the hotel.
Your Room
Comfort is key when deciding on a hotel. And The Carlyle Inn did not disappoint. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud (which was necessary after sleeping in a car and dumpy motels for a week) and it felt like home for a few days. I’m also all about that #robelife and there were fluffy bathrobes waiting for us in our closet which were a dream to put on and lounge in.
So if you find yourself headed to LA, I definitely recommend checking into The Carlyle Inn. And I promise you will not be disappointed!
I was a welcomed guest of Pacifica Hotels and The Carlyle Inn. As always all opinions are my own.
